Autontrami Embroidery publishes autontrami.sbs for embroidery clients. Using the site or booking work creates a contract under Switzerland law unless a signed sheet says otherwise.

Parts and labour for ticket #73-6500 style jobs are itemised before we start when the bench is busy.

Appointments at Autontrami Embroidery should arrive on time during Tue–Sat 10:00–18:00. Late arrivals may be shortened or moved; cancel early via [email protected] so the slot can reopen.

Indirect damages from website downtime on autontrami.sbs are excluded where Switzerland law allows; direct craft faults are handled under our redo policy.

Photos and copy on autontrami.sbs stay with Autontrami Embroidery. Personal project photos you send to [email protected] remain yours; we only use them to quote.
